Certificate IV in Training & Assessment will enable you to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to be employed as a trainer/assessor in the workplace and VET sector (ie. TAFE) and gain an insight into the structure of the vocational, education and training industry in Australia.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is recognised under the Australian Qualifications Framework. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a Nationally Recognised Qualification.
Method of Delivery:
This qualification is delivered over 15 full classroom study days (one day per week, 9am-5pm) and provides for approximately 120 hours of face-to-face teaching (significantly more class time than many other TAA courses) and 145 hours of supported flexible delivery / independent study.

Certificate IV in Training & Assessment is the pre-requisite qualification for the Diploma of Training & Assessment.
